Bio: I am a New York state licensed massage therapist since 1986, and a personal trainer with The American Council on Exercise since 1990. I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and also have a Pilates certification through Physical-Mind Institute. In 2005 I received my Masters in Social Work from NYU. I believe that creating balance in one's life allows us to live with authenticity and less stress on a daily basis. I first had to learn how to do this for myself through lots of trial and error. I am starting to live a balanced life for the first time in my life and I am enjoying the benefits of my hard work. I want to share this with others, and believe deep within me that we are all capable of happiness. We are more alike than different and we all deserve this chance.
